We prepare everything from scratch in our kitchen. Wherever possible our lean protein is hormone free.
Q: Do you choose a meal plan for me or can I choose which meals I want to purchase?
You choose the meal you want. If you need any assistance in selecting a meal or designing a meal plan, one of our wellness coaches or team members can assist you.
Q: Do you deliver? If so, how far away and what is the cost?
Currently, we will deliver to certain fitness centers, companies and popular locations that place orders on a continual basis. If you are interested in establishing a drop-off location, please call 561-330-4525.
Q: Can I call ahead and place an order for pick-up?
Yes, Just give us a call at 561-330-4525. You can also go online to check out our menu or place an order for pick-up, and we’ll have your meals ready you when you arrive.
Q: How long do the meals stay fresh?
Every meal has a label with a “Sell By” date, as well as nutritional information listing total calories, protein, fat and carbohydrates.
Q: Can I store the meals in the freezer?
We recommend you eat our meals fresh, however, if you find yourself in a position where you need to freeze your meal, we recommend not freezing your meal for more than 2 weeks. Please keep in mind some meals will freeze better than others.
Q: How do I know what size of meal is best suited for me?
Nutritional demands vary from person to person. We recommend setting up a consultation with one of our wellness coaches so we can help you determine the best meal plan for you.
Q: Are there ever discounts or specials?
Absolutely! For prepaid accounts of $250 you receive a 10% discount, for prepaid accounts of $500 you receive a 15% discount, and for prepaid accounts of $750 or more you receive a 20% discount. Also, sign up on our email list to receive coupons and specials from our weekly newslette
Q: Do you offer vegetarian meals?
Yes, simply call 24 hrs. ahead and we can prepare most of the meals on our menu suitable for vegetarians.
Q: Do you offer a vegan meal plan?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer a vegan meal plan.
